Our Role
- Assist the Board and Members in preserving community assets, maintain property values, and perform the operational and financial tasks of the management company.
Primary Objectives
- Implement and enforce all policies and governing documents (C C & R’s), governmental laws, and state statutes
- Manage the association finances (delinquencies, budgeting, examining reserves, assessment collection, payables and receivables, financial reporting).
- Work with professional partners: CPA, legal counsel, and insurance agent.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, obtain proposals, and vendors.
