Pay Dues

Sonterra West HOA assessments are billed Annually, in January of each year.

 

Effective January 2025:

• $240 residential. All invoices will be mailed to the address the HOA has on file.

Payment must be received by the last day of the billing month for credit, or your payment will be considered past due and interest will be applied.

 

Online payment methods accepted are credit card, debit card, or e-check.  There is a bank service charge for online payments.
